Kelli Dowdney
COO
Kelli Dowdney has been a leader, trainer, mentor, and passionate speaker for the Multi-Family Industry for over 25 years, starting her career as a PT Leasing consultant while she attended Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.

After graduating with a double BA in Marketing and Management, with a minor in Finance, Kelli quickly moved through all onsite positions and into a variety of corporate positions. These included National Training Specialist, Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, VP of Marketing, and Vice President of Operations. Kelli’s strategic approach to operations focuses on effectively communicating target KPIs, providing the training and resources needed, empowering teams to execute their business plans and then measuring/adjusting. She has a unique skillset to push platforms and workflows to their highest efficiencies and is grounded by her process driven solutions. Kelli is passionate about collaboration, leadership development and vision casting. She is considered to be a powerful source of inspiration, taking every opportunity to impact the hearts and careers of those around her.

Owen Gardner

Owen has worked in the construction and real estate industries for seven years. While working in the industry, he completed a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. In the past five years, he has worked as an asset manager for American Charter Development, one of the largest charter school developers in the country, and still oversees their portfolio today. He takes pride in ensuring that his clients' properties are performing optimally. He values building strong relationships with everyone he has the pleasure of working with. While working with Owen, you will find both a problem solver and friend. He is a student of real estate and construction and is eager to employ and pass on what he learns. Owen speaks Spanish and is an avid fly-fisherman.

John Safrans

John Safrans formerly of Baby Boomer Senior Living has managed hundreds of senior living facilities across the United States. Further, he has inspected and evaluated over 2,000 senior living properties as a designated troubleshooter for some of the nation’s largest senior living management companies. John is a recognized national expert at diagnosing problems and prescribing solutions for under-performing senior living facilities.

Prior to joining Ridgeline Management Company, Safrans was VP of Environmental Operations for JEA Senior Living. With JEA, Safrans was actively involved in the ground-up development of 16 new senior living communities; and had direct environmental responsibility for a portfolio of 65 communities comprising over 4,500 units.
